On-site Registration

On-site registration at the Hilton Washington Hotel will take place in the Front Terrace. You can pick up your meeting packet upon check-in at the registration/information desk. Staff will also be available to answer any questions. Registration/information desk hours are as follows:

Monday, July 28
1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, July 29
7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 30
7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday, July 31
7 a.m. - noon

 

Payment

Payment for the conference can be made by credit card (on-line only) and check (by mail).  Please note that all credit card payments will be processed within 1-2 business days after your registration application is submitted.


Scholarships

We are pleased to inform you that scholarship funds are now available for the 2008 National Migration Conference sponsored by Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC) and Migration and Refugee Services (MRS) scheduled for July 28-31 in Washington, DC. Scholarship funds are limited and will only be applied to registration fees. The awards amount is based on available funds and the number of applicants.

Applications will be reviewed and scholarship recipients will be informed by Friday, May 30, 2008. 

Applicants are eligible for scholarships from CLINIC or MRS.
Applications received after May 23, 2008 will not be considered.

Continuing Education Credits

Every conference attendee will receive a certificate in their information package that acknowledges their participation in the National Migration Conference. It is incumbent upon the individual participant to submit this certificate to his or her institution of higher education for assignment of appropriate credit.


Cancellation Policy

For persons canceling after Friday, June 27, 2008, conference sponsors will retain $75 to pay for administrative and other costs already incurred. All cancellations should be emailed to  USCCB-2008MRC@csi-dc.com. Please include your name, organization name and registrants. All refunds will be processed and paid within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. NOTE: Cancellation of your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.  Please contact the hotel directly by calling (800) 445-8667 to cancel your room reservation.
